We want you (and your pup!) to absolutely love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date, on most unused items.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached (if applicable)

  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


🚫 Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale or clearance items (marked final sale)

  • Gift cards

  • Items that are visibly used or damaged by your pet

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items


✉️ How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@thesharperbarker.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange

    • The reason for the return

  2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we’ll issue your refund or send your exchange.


💳 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is approved and processed.

⏱️ Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive the item(s) for the refund to appear.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.

We’re proudly based in Vancouver, Canada 🇨🇦
All returns are processed locally. U.S. or international customers may experience slightly longer return times.
