🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date, on most unused items.
To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags must still be attached (if applicable)

You must have proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

✉️ How to Start a Return or Exchange

The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange

The reason for the return

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return address.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we’ll issue your refund or send your exchange.
💳 Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is approved and processed.
⏱️ Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive the item(s) for the refund to appear.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.

All returns are processed locally. U.S. or international customers may experience slightly longer return times.
