Shipping & Exchanges
Our current turnaround time is 7 business days however orders typically ship sooner. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and shipping destination.
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $75.
Standard Expedited shipping takes approximately 2 to 14 business days within Canada. If you need your package sooner, please select Xpresspost at checkout. The shipping time does not include the 7 business days it may take to process your order. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and your order may take longer than the estimated shipping time to deliver.
Lettermail No Tracking Option - we offer a no tracking option for lightweight and flat item orders within Canada. If the item you order qualifies for the no tracking option, you will see a $3.50 shipping option available at checkout. Please be advised that this option does not include tracking and exact delivery times are unknown. This option is available through Canada Post and is only available for products that can fit through the mailbox slot.
Local Pickups - We offer free local pickups in Surrey, BC. Orders are usually available for pickup 24 hours after your order is placed, with the exception of weekends. We will contact you by email after placing your order to arrange a convenient day and time for you to pick up your order. You may notice a P.O. Box address when selecting the pick up option. Please note this is not the actual pickup address. For privacy reasons we do not list our home address on our website. Once a pickup day and time is arranged, we will provide our address with pickup instructions.
USA & International orders:
USA - We offer Free Shipping on orders over $75
International - We offer Free Shipping on orders over $150
The estimated shipping time is approximately 1-2 weeks once shipped, however your order may take longer to deliver.
Packages are shipped via Canada Post and passed onto USPS once in the United States. If you select UPS shipping, your package will be picked up and delivered by UPS.
We cannot guarantee you will not be charged duties, import taxes or customs fees. Duties are determined once the order arrives in the import country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and must be paid by prior to receiving your package. The Sharper Barker is not responsible for any duties, customs, or import fees.
Please note we do not accept returns for refund. However, if you need to exchange your item(s) for a different size, we are happy to help you out. We accept exchanges within 30 days of order delivery. Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Our Exchange policy lasts 30 days from the day the package was delivered. If the 30 days has past, we cannot accept a return.
To get started, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, the reason for the exchange and the size needed.
Please not that you are responsible for the cost of the shipping label to return the item to us. The product must be unworn (not including tried on), unwashed and hair-free. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking.
Once we receive the item back, we will check to ensure it is in re-sellable condition. If we accept the exchange, we issue a credit within 5 business days of receiving the item(s).
