Shipping Information

Our current turnaround time is 7 business days however orders typically ship sooner. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and shipping destination.

Canadian orders:

Standard Expedited shipping takes approximately 2 to 14 business days within Canada. If you need your package sooner, please select Xpresspost at checkout. The shipping time does not include the 7 business days it may take to process your order. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and may take longer than the estimated shipping time to deliver. 

USA & International orders:

The estimated shipping time is approximately 1-2 weeks once shipped, however your order may take longer to deliver.

We cannot guarantee you will not be charged duties, import taxes or customs fees. Duties are determined once the order arrives in the import country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and must be paid by prior to receiving your package. The Sharper Barker is not responsible for any duties, customs, or import fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Our Return & Exchange policy lasts 30 days from the day the package was fulfilled. If the 30 days has past, we will not accept a return. 

You are responsible for the cost of the shipping label to return the item to us. The product must be unworn (not including tried on), unwashed and hair-free.

Once we receive the item back, we will check to ensure it is in re-sellable condition. If we accept the return, we issue a refund within 5 business days of receiving the return. If you use our return portal to get a shipping label, the price of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Please note the return portal ONLY provides labels for return packages within Canada.

If you are located outside of Canada, you can start the return process by following the link above, however you will need to get your own return label and ship the item(s) back to us.

    Please check our sizing charts when ordering and measure your dog (twice!) to ensure you selected the best size for your dog. 

    Some of our items are limited editions and we may not have the size needed to exchange. If this happens, we welcome you to pick an alternate item in the correct size or we will issue a refund.
